We do not use the contents of documents submitted for apostille or translation services for unrelated advertising purposes.

3. Uploaded Documents

You may submit scans, photographs, PDFs, or other document files through our website for review.

Uploaded documents are used to evaluate or perform the service you requested. They may be accessible to authorized personnel and service providers when reasonably necessary to complete your order.

Please do not submit documents that are unrelated to the service you are requesting.

Submitting a document for preliminary review does not itself constitute submission to a government agency.

4. Payment Information

Payments made through our website are processed using third-party payment services.

Information necessary to process the transaction, such as your name, billing address, email address, transaction amount, and payment-related identifiers, may be transmitted to the payment provider.

Our website does not store your complete credit or debit card number. WooCommerce states that it does not store complete card details, while official payment gateways may retain limited tokenized or partial information needed for payment functionality.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to provide your requested service, including to:

  • Payment processors
  • Website hosting, security, email, and technology providers

  • Law enforcement, courts, regulators, or other parties when required by law

We do not sell personal information for money.

We do not disclose the contents of customer documents to unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Shipping

When you request shipping, we may provide your name, address, telephone number, email address, and shipment information to the applicable carrier or shipping provider as necessary to create and deliver the shipment.

7. Cookies and Website Technology

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for functions such as:

  • Maintaining your shopping cart
  • Processing checkout
  • Remembering website preferences
  • Security and fraud prevention
  • Website performance and analytics

Some third-party services used by the website may place their own cookies or collect technical information according to their privacy policies.

Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect certain website functions, including checkout.

8. Do Not Track

Some browsers provide a “Do Not Track” setting.

Because there is not a universally adopted technical standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, our website does not currently respond differently based solely on a browser’s Do Not Track setting.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information in our possession.

However, no website, electronic transmission, storage system, email service, or shipping method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

The Federal Trade Commission recommends that businesses collect only the information needed, safeguard information that is retained, properly dispose of information that is no longer required, and maintain a plan for security incidents.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Complete the requested service
  • Maintain appropriate business and transaction records
  • Process refunds or resolve disputes
  • Meet legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations
  • Protect against fraud or potential claims

Different categories of information may be retained for different periods.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.

11. Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Certain information may need to be retained when required for legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, transaction-record, or dispute-resolution purposes.

WordPress and WooCommerce also provide tools that allow website operators to export or erase certain customer information associated with an email address.

12. California Privacy Rights

California residents may have additional privacy rights under applicable California law.

The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, provides qualifying consumers rights that can include access, deletion, correction, opting out of sale or sharing, and limits relating to certain sensitive personal information when the law applies to the business involved.

Not every California business is subject to the CCPA. To the extent a particular privacy right applies to us, we will process qualifying requests as required by applicable law.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against a customer for exercising an applicable privacy right.

13. Information Concerning Minors

Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.

Adults may submit documents relating to children or minors when they are authorized to do so and when the information is necessary for the requested service.

14. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to or use services provided by third parties.

Their handling of personal information is governed by their own privacy policies and practices. We encourage users to review the privacy policies of services they use.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, technology, services, or legal obligations change.

Material changes will be reflected by updating the policy posted on this website and changing the effective date above.
